Do you find it noticeable when someone leaves out their "why" in the 30 second pitch?

Since i am a teenager when cold calling, prospects think am just a kid, who is unprofessional, but also their ego comes in, during the call dsirespecting me. What should i do

How would you start your cold-call conversation when you are trying to offer a free trial for your service, when calling a gatekeeper cellphone?

I'm sure we've all faced it at least once. What do you do to overcome the reluctance to pick up the phone and dial? Personally, I think of the potential help I can offer and about how privileged I am to make money just by picking up the phone. Share yours so we can all benefit from one another.
