Greetings to everyone, I’ve just started doing the frequency meditations and connecting deeply.I saw this group of awakened life and wanted to connect. Everyone is at different stages of awakening and at times it can be a lonely journey in the 3D existence. I always love to connect with my tribe 🙏💜

How does your environment promote positive energy? Do the people you surround yourself with appreciate you? Do they support you? Do they allow you to relax? Reflect on your gut response to these questions and if the answers are "no", they may I suggest you evaluate what steps you can take to address the situation causing negativity and/or remove those energies from your field. Your surroundings directly affect the ability for your nervous system to relax and increase your own vibration and frequency. Declutter any negativity and chaos and see how your nervous system blooms.
