We just hit 2K members! 🎉 One shared feeling.
Honestly, I'm overwhelmed by how many of you have recently joined The Clarity Circle. And more importantly, I'm incredibly proud to see two thousand women taking action when it comes to their health and getting to the root cause of their symptoms. I remind myself daily that, what each of you have in common, is that feeling that something just isn't "right", or that you've been dismissed and told everything is "normal". I myself am included in that. This is what bonds us. This is what, together, we're going to change. So to all the new faces, I see you. And to the OG members, thank you for still showing up and for the way you welcome others in. - Dr. Stephanie - - - Now, the fun part. I'm curious where in the world are you joining us from?

Hello everyone did just starting out and trying to navigate through these apps, I’m celebrating my win today , photos, measures and one mile walk, my walk loosened me upon lower parts of my body but my shoulders and neck was tight but at the end of the walk it was much looser. Hope everyone is having an awesome day

@Stephanie Dunlop I’m excited, once I get this inflammation down, I know I can continue to add more endurance and miles and strengthen muscles.
Cortisol
Monday night I went to sleep around 11PM and was up at 5 AM. I start my glass of water around that time and was out the door at5:35.

Enjoyed your Article, for me it’s the Cortisol and low impact exercises is great already did some wall push up this morning, 3 set 10 rep was a little tough but in two weeks I think I can go to the 12 reps! Also the article for balance can be helpful for my elderly friends
