A weekly Big Heart Kids session, honestly it is such a special time and opportunity for kids to share and learn about their emotions. Along with the membership we will have a monthly parents Q and A. good morning everyone- Happy Holiday Monday here in Canada! Checking in- how is your heart feeling? (Sunny, Cloudy, Soupy, Stormy) I have had a soupy week- my mom's partner died suddenly. Have been spending lots of time with her. Noticing: it's hard to see someone you love in so much pain and sadness. Just working on being there for her and supporting her without taking it on too much if that makes sense? Sending you all love. Would love to hear how you are.
