My first video hit 100 views! I’m improving on my setup and editing now but glad to see subscriber count moving up slowly but surely. This is an account in the the Latin market

So I've been looking for tools to track the journey of someone who watches my videos on Youtube to see which videos perform best. (not based on views but on people who book a call/Go to my VSL page) - is there anything you guys have used or has worked? This is to start doubling down on content that converts rather than emphasize on views as I've learned that more views doesn't equate to more sales.

What are some recommended thumbnail creation apps/softwares/people that you know? I definitely want to improve my Click through rate. The hooks section has been very helpful so far so now I want to get the main image set up properly (thumbnail)

I’m really stuck with my current channel. I have over 400 videos. I took a two year hiatus and came back full force January 2024 but CANNOT get any traction.
