I’ve been building my FREEMIUM Skool community (Skool Copy Hub) over the past couple of months, and we’ve grown to 700+ members with 40+ paid so far. Right now, I feel like I’m in that in-between stage where I've gotten GREAT initial momentum. - I have 48 lovely paying members (Premium & VIP) - beautiful conversations - a flywheel for how I'm sharing workshops/creating content … but I want to grow this in a bigger way (don't we all!) What I’ve done so far: - Grew through a mix of meta ads, collabs (like this!), email list, Skool Network (don't sleep on this!) - Validated Premium + VIP tiers based on demand - Started running workshops + building out resources Where I feel a bit stuck: - I have paying members - BUT of course... I'd love to turn more free members into paid consistently (I think I need more urgency... and I'm alwayyyys testing things!) - I want to make the value of Premium/VIP even more obvious My goal is to grow this into a strong recurring revenue stream (10K would be FAB, of course hehe). Would love any advice on: If you have a FREEMIUM community, what's your favourite way to upgrade members from FREE > PAID? What would you focus on if you were me? 👀

Thanks for the opportunity to share in this space - I opened my Skool in December - have 12 members (me included) and about 4 people are actively engaged. I'm cool with that for right now because I'm in a few other skools as well. And as we all know...engagement is key. I'm thinking about getting out of the ones that I rarely visit and concentrate on the ones that really give me a spark and motivate me. I created the following to assist me in my Skool journey... C.H.A.N.G.E. C — Choose Consciousness- Decide to be aware instead of reactive. Change begins with choice. H — Honor Your Truth- Acknowledge what is real for you without denial or distortion. A — Align Your Actions- Move in ways that match who you are becoming—not who you’ve been. N — Navigate with Intention- Stop drifting. Be deliberate about direction, decisions, and energy. G — Grow Through It- Don’t avoid discomfort—use it. Growth is the assignment. E — Evolve Continuously- Change isn’t a moment. It’s a way of being. How are you incorporating CHANGE?

Hey everyone 👋 I have to share something because honestly, this community deserves some credit. I'm a therapist with ADHD — late diagnosed, like so many of us. I have a Skool community called The ADHD Nest, and I've been showing up for my members for a while now. But the business side of things? Marketing, funnels, lead magnets that world is completely foreign to me. Then I found this community. I started learning. Someone mentioned Claude yesterday and how great it was for creating content. So I downloaded it last night... What came out was my first ever lead magnet. The ADHD Brain Blueprint — a free guide that breaks down how the ADHD brain actually works. Executive function, emotional dysregulation, the interest-based nervous system — all explained in plain language with real practical strategies attached. So thank you to this community for pointing me in the right direction. And if anyone here has ADHD, suspects they might, or just feels like their brain has never quite worked the way everyone else's seems to — this is for you. First lead magnet ever.
