At first glance I'd say the ai art is a bit of an off put, people may see it and turn away right away without reading anything else, if you have got any real images, try to use those first, also use your character limit wisely in the about page, talk to people why they should join, you don't need to say "I’m truly glad you’re here. You’re now part of a community that..." I'm not in yet, but you need to tell me within the first couple of sentences why I should be. Sadly people are lazy and have poor attention spans. so giving them the info they need up front is key!
🪝 My best hooks!
Here are my best hooks on classifieds posts. The ones that brought me the most members and the best engagement there! Do you see a pattern in them? 1. Crazy success in the first day!: Post made in my second day of this community. It was the day where I got the most members: 22. Crazy thing, most of them came from the classifieds, not my previous community. Almost all of them were new followers. This post gave people a sense of urgency as I was giving free premium for the first 50 members, and I filled every single position by the third day! 2. 📢 I will promote your community for a whole week! 🔥: Basically every person who commented joined, some of them after a little convincing. The same one was also reposted on @David Iya 's community and pined by him, earning me 10 members in less than one hour! 3. Do you like a roast?: In this one I explain very briefly the difference in tiers, starting with everything you get for free. It was made in my third day and I got a lot of members from that one too.

You're absolutely smashing it @Paulo Costa, The Roaster you should be so proud of how far you've come and grown within the short time and you're such a brilliant leader and community manager, really impressive!

Good question @Kitoko Ehl I’m changing at 150 members and it’s always been my plan, I want the original core members to help engage as they always have and any new members will want to gain value, this is when the post, the original members will help and then from there it will just become a cycle. For me a couple things 1. I do want to make some money to support me and the community and have always been honest and transparent about that. 2. It will also help qualify leads and members to have more member who value the community rather than just being there to be there. That’s the plan anyway haha 😂

@Steve Atencio I’d say you mainly need to think about ‘skimability’ people are lazy these days so having spaces and good formatting is key, when I first glanced I just saw a block text and also maybe think about branding as it was all just black and white, with a blueprint etc. I know that might be part of it but adding in some colour and flare could draw people in. Use the word count to your advantage and explain in shorter bullet points, tell people what they’re going to gain and how they’ll get it, people want, want, want so show they what they’re gonna get 😃

I really like that idea @Steve Atencio it will also help to not put all your eggs in one basket as they say, having your own space outside of Skool, well done!
FREE VIP ACCESS
VIP members get me promoting their work, doing CTAs for them and can have classroom content and do live calls here. So they are basically co owners of this place and can use it freely to grow their brand, with me backing them up. I'm willing to give one free VIP access to someone. Here are the requirements: - Win Roaster of the Week at least once. @Ruben Plasmeijer @Jack Robinson @Mike Tielemans @Gus Gray are already eligible for this. - Refer the most ammount of people (starting from now, not after you win RoW). The people referred only count when they stop being lurkers. - After winning, provide me one piece of classroom content that will be valuable to this community. Right at the start of this community I gave free VIP access to some people who helped me a lot here, like @Eliot Payne @Shannon Boyer and @Mona Weathers . I'm already getting so much from some new people here that I want to help them further too. So this is an opportunity for that. I'll give the free VIP access by the end of the april. So 5 more people have the chance to win Roaster of the Week and compete.
