Roast My Whop Landing Page: The Victorious Believer 🚀
Hey everyone, I just joined the community. Paulo told me to drop my page here for an honest roast. I built a digital framework on Whop called From Oppressed to Victorious Believer to help people clear out mental static and build systematic spiritual discipline. Here is the link to my page: https://whop.com/pathway-masterclass/victorious-believer/

I think it's interesting to hear about what you do @Kingsley Mirieri A couple of points from me. 1. I think it's a really personal group and for you I think having real photos might help more, the slide you've made look like they are made from AI (Which is okay to use) I feel having less stock imagery and more real people in real situations could really help get more people through the door. Even if it's pictures of you and your friends and family. 2. I think you should reformat slightly, think about what benefits you're providing, people want to know what they get from you and then the story afterwards. Start with "Is your life showing consistent victory, or are you just surviving?" This is a good hook and really grabs your attention, then you can go back into why they should join. Hope this helps mate and I'm always happy to chat and you're more than welcome to join my community about marketing where you can learn, get feedback and we can all grow together! Roast the About Page of a Web-Designer
Hello Fellow Roasters! I am a web-designer by profession. I'd love your feedback on the about page of my website. Here it is: https://bambootreebranding.com/about/ Some of the ways you can help me: 1. Does the page read all right? Is it clear or do you have to think too hard to understand? 2. Is it missing anything important? 3. After reading it, what did you feel? You can be brutally honest, I am not posting this for praise, I'd like to catch the blind spots. Help me see better. Thank you!

Thanks @Paulo Costa, The Roaster @Sumit Sharma I really like your story and it really does bring that natural relationship building and connection. I think all that needs to happen is some potential reordering. It's great to learn about you and how far you've come and what a cools story, but sadly I think people might just scroll past that to get to the "What is in it for me" section, try to start off with a what your offer is and how you help people. Then you can maybe cut back to why and how you've had this great experience and become a solo entrepreneur etc. Hope that helps and I'd love to have you in my community and I know your expertise would be invaluable, It's called The Marketing Common Room it's all about learning marketing and helping each other and growing together!

Thanks for the tag @Joe Sargent I really appreciate it
The worst possible moment to start doing YouTube!
Is "NOT NOW". Roast my first YouTube video. It's bad, but it was done and it's better than not doing it!

Proud of you mate, glad you’re stepping into this format @Paulo Costa, The Roaster it’s great for you and at first it’s going to be Gironde but in time you’ll get better for sure!
My soft CTA promo...
I've written my first draft (which I'm pretty happy with so far) I'd love to know your guys thoughts... And any GIF suggestions are welcome haha This is a soft CTA to just open a dialogue with people, no crazy "join my community" just a little brand awareness. We've recently been talking about elevator pitches in my community calls and I set this challenge as "homework" It's to incorporate a personal touch and story into a promo post. So I'm practicing what I preach and doing my own homework. Title: "From the stage shows to brand colours and personal brand building… " Main Copy: "My passion changed from speaking in front of crowds of 6000 people to learning marketing and helping others promote their businesses. Now as a marketing strategy and consultant I help businesses figure out their messaging, how to build their brand and what they need to do to get leads and become masters of their own marketing. Before all of that I was an entertainer on cruise ships hosting show’s, gameshows, cheesy line dances, Bingo and I’ve been everything from all members of the village people to the Jackson 5 and Frankie Valley and the four seasons. Through being a presenter and public speaking and a face-to-face customer service representative, I’ve handled many situations you couldn’t even believe. This communication skillset helped me adapt to the marketing space to know what people want and how businesses can get their message across to their audience. With my on stage and customer led mindset and my skills with Marketing fundamentals you’ll always be in safe hands. I’m always happy to chat, be it travel around the world or how we can work together to help your marketing efforts."

Great thoughts @Brian Diep I really appreciate it! I do have an interesting journey, so I might work on it a bit more and have it as a "backstory" type post lol. Cool idea!

Wow @Steve Gast I really appreciate this video and feedback, You're totally right, I may have got caught up in writing my own backstory and not thinking about what I offer, very good points. I should lean more into knowledge that members learn about marketing, what works, how to do certain things, I offer Facebook ads training, I help people learn what to do instead of doing it for them. All things I need to think about, wow, You've got me thinking about a lot and I have some ideas lol PS I also had to DJ and it's not an easy job, that's for sure, you play one song, everyone is dancing, move onto another request and the floor empties... also a very lonely job at times!
