Ever heard of Yuka?
Yuka is an app (unsponsored) that scans for hazardous ingredients in food. It’s free, and has articles linking to studies proving why these chemicals are hazardous for various reasons. From increased risk of heart disease and cancer, to adhd and anxiety disorders. I don’t know why these chemicals are in our food but luckily there’s an app to help avoid them!

Take a second to train your mind ya busy bitch. The average person has 60-80,000 thoughts a day. How to meditate- Close your eyes and relax your forehead Relax your body more with each breath Keep breathing and try to relax, you’ve thought about enough today!

When worries come up to the surface I like to imagine giving them to God and believing He'll work it out for me. When I release the control of the uncontrollable I find peace
Write it out
Take the time to write down your short term and long term goals. For your family, your career, your education, your health. Short term and long term Got this idea from Jordan Peterson’s self authoring program! 📚📝

The long-term seems to be a product of your short term. Your long term helps to shape your short term by aligning those goals to reach your big one. As you accomplish those short term goals you receive clarity, like seeing past the blue atmospheric haze as you drive closer to something. Then you may find your long term goals changing to something else you originally thought, though being of greater value to you. So the very pursuit of chasing your goals is shaping your true desires. Or you could say completing your goals reveals your desires. Or pursuing your desire forms your desire. Say I want to be healthy. In that you might become a chef which you never really knew until you see a goal to eat healthy. Being healthy was vague and even long term, but it shaped your short term like build a healthy grocery list. Then you find you like cooking so now you got closer to your unique long term goal to be a chef. I kinda think we don't know what we really want until we seek it through action and experience. So try a lot of things!
