I built this community for those who are just starting out and looking to build their network or for experienced professionals looking to connect with others. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to make genuine connections without it ending up as a one-way transaction. The whole "buy you coffee and chat about deals" between lenders and realtors to build up referral network usually leads to one of the parties ghosting the other. Or you buy a list of leads only to find that no one answers the phone and the ones that do, either tell you they never filled out the inquiry form, yell at you for calling, or are not qualified, leading you back to square one and down a few hundred bucks (depending on how much that list cost you). There has to be a better way to genuinely connect. I hope this can be it. Connect with others in the industry, learn from one another on things that work, don't work. There is plenty for us all to eat, no need to starve. We all can sit at this table and build each other up.
