I want to work out to feel good and stay healthy. At 42 years old, it feels quite difficult to lose weight. I'm also a bit inconsistent when it comes to exercising and eating healthy. I want to eat better, but sometimes I end up eating out and choosing unhealthy foods. Now I want to make a change, both for my health and to feel better overall. My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle and work out three times a week.
