Long time ago I was studying to become a personal trainer. Today I am certified. My mission is to help people improve their health, fitness and daily habits one day at a time. What is your biggest challenge right now when it comes to health and fitness?

I want to work out to feel good and stay healthy. At 42 years old, it feels quite difficult to lose weight. I'm also a bit inconsistent when it comes to exercising and eating healthy. I want to eat better, but sometimes I end up eating out and choosing unhealthy foods. Now I want to make a change, both for my health and to feel better overall. My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle and work out three times a week.
