Easy challenge first. Let's meet!
What if we embark in a journey of self-discovery and self-regulation? We wake up tired, we feel disconnected, we scroll mindlessly and we find the best excuses to postpone. How many projects are on hold by now? Because nobody cares, because the first tries did not all magically happen, because we had different levels of energy and even though we might have started, we lost ourselves on the way. How much energy do you invest in worrying or anticipatory anxiety like - What if they won't like what I have to propose? What if it is too easy or mainstream? What if I overdo it and it becomes too much? What if I can not keep up with the pace and effort it invests? Oh, all these steps to take before the outcome, it feels too much and too overwhelming even to start? Start noticing what happens in the body. It freezes. It shuts down to protect of any potential threat. Most of the time is our mind. Instead, let's find our own movement. We start slow. Progressively. We underestimate the power of A little goes a long way. The first challenge is to walk midnfully at least for 5-10 minutes during your day. Up to you when you decide to start paying attention. Outdoors, if possible near some green areas, parks, nature like even better, if not, even around the house or somewhere you feel safe - no need to go too far. Walk, pay attention to your breath, to what you see and hear. No screens, no music. No attachment to whatever you feel or sense - observe, move on, go home. Let me know how it went or share a photo of the surroundings.

How did you feel your body - light, heavy, tensed? How about the shoulders and the hips? What happens at the level of your arms and hands? Are the fingers closed and tensed or light and relaxed? What thoughts did you notice? Towards the outer world, or mostly your inner world? What can you observe around you, in terms of colours, shaped, sounds, sensations? What did you like or dislike during your walk? There are no right or wrong answers, every experience is valid and unique, so all is worth sharing! BTW this first challenge is hiding the first hint of Psy Fundamentals, we will soon discover together.
