✨ Loom users… I just discovered a GAME-CHANGER
Okay, you might already know this, or maybe you’re like me and somehow missed it - but I had to share this because it’s about to make your tutorials and screen recordings SO much cleaner. If you use the desktop app (not the web version), you know that little camera bubble we all drag around the screen? Well… it does more than I thought. 👀 So this part I already use but in case you didn't know... 👉 Double-click it → boom, it jumps into full-screen mode. 👉 Double-click again → back to the circle bubble. So helpful for seamlessly filming intros and extros during a tutorial. BUT HERE’S THE PART I JUST DISCOVERED AND I AM LOSING MY MIND: If you click on the bubble (so it’s selected) and then press Command + — like you’re zooming in on a webpage… 🔥🔥 YOUR FACE BUBBLE ZOOMS IN. Like… keeps zooming. And zooming. And zooming. Until you are basically a cinematic close-up living your best digital life. 🤣🤣🤣 I show you in this video below - pardon my geeking out moment! I had no idea this was possible. I’ve been recording looms thinking there were only small + medium bubbles… but nope. You can scale it as BIG as your screen will let you go. This is huge for teaching moments, connection, emphasis, or just making your presence feel less tiny in the corner. So if you’re recording trainings, messages for your team, or any on-screen content… 💡 Use Command + on the bubble and make yourself the star. Just a little nerdy discovery I had to pass on - and yes, I’ll be using this in every tutorial from now on. 🤓✨

$100M Money Models WIN 🎉 + How I'm Setting up my NEW Skool Ads On Meta (Post-Andromeda)
I set up my first $100M Money Models offer (Section II: Attraction Offers, Win Your Money Page, P. 23) and now of course… it works! I didn’t know it yet when I recorded this video showing exactly how I set up the ads for the attraction offer but now my community is up by $2,254 MRR. - Trial cost: $32.70 spent to acquire one trial. - Trial-to-paid conversion rate: 35.11% - Ad cost per paid member acquired:  $32.70/0.3511≈$93.14 - Month-one profit per paid member: $99−$93.14=$5.86 - Current churn rate 6.25% - Average Customer Lifetime: 1/0.0625=16 months.​ - Lifetime Revenue per Member: $99×16=$1,584 - Lifetime Profit per Member (after ads): $1,584−$93.14=$1,490.86 So thank you Alex!!! I am super grateful because I haven't been able to grow my skool with direct sales ads since I increased the price to $99 but now I can grow from cashflow again 🥹💃 I hope this tutorial where I take you behind the scenes of the ad setup helps 🎉🤗 Let me know if you have any questions. Free vs Paid Skool What’s the Real Difference?
Post:Curious to know how do you guys differentiate between a free and paid Skool?Is it just about calls and exclusive content, or does the vibe and community culture change too? @Evelyn Weiss

Such a great question and honestly, I think it’s one we all keep coming back to as we grow our Skool communities. I’ve asked myself this many times too. What I’ve learned is that the difference between free and paid can change over time, because you change. What you consider valuable evolves as you grow and sometimes the things you used to give away freely start to feel like they deserve a space behind a paywall (and that’s okay). I love giving value for free, but I’ve also realized there’s a balance. There’s the energy exchange of giving and receiving and when something starts to take more of your time, effort, or personal expertise, that’s when it starts to feel right to make it paid. There’s also this perception online that “free” means less valuable, and “paid” means higher value and sure, sometimes that’s true. But I’ve also received free content that felt more valuable than things I’ve actually paid for. So I think it’s all subjective. At the end of the day, it’s about alignment. You should feel good about the value you’re giving, and your audience should feel like they’re receiving something meaningful. And when it gets to the point where that exchange feels unbalanced, that’s usually the sign it’s time to make it paid. This question is one you’ll probably revisit over and over again, it shifts as you and your community evolve. 💛
