Today I step into a new decade — and honestly, this birthday feels different. The last week has been rough. Three sick kids, then me getting sick right along with them… exhaustion on every level. Motherhood doesn’t pause for birthdays, and this week definitely reminded me of that 😮‍💨 But even in the chaos, I’m choosing gratitude. Grateful to still be here. Grateful for growth, lessons, and the strength I didn’t know I had. Grateful for the chance to turn the page and step into a new chapter with more intention, softness, and self-trust. 40 feels like clarity. Like alignment. Like becoming.
