I’m Leanne, a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist from the UK and the founder of Mind Your Future and The CBT Hub. I specialise in helping people understand the root cause of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, especially around self worth, people pleasing, perfectionism, and overthinking. I work with both professionals (therapists, coaches, educators) who want simple, root cause frameworks and everyday people who are trying to make sense of why they feel not enough and how to change it. Teaching psychology in a clear, grounded way is my thing, and I love making the mind easy to understand. Right now, I’m craving clarity around visibility, showing up consistently in a way that feels aligned, authentic, and spacious. I know the work I do changes lives, and I’m clear on my mission, but I’m still finding the balance between putting myself out there and staying connected to the depth and integrity behind everything I teach. Journaling always grounds me. When my mind feels tangled, like all the washing mixed up in the tumble dryer, journaling helps me pull everything out, fold it neatly into piles, and put it back where it belongs. I also love yoga, meditation, and walking in nature, all of which help me reconnect with myself and come back to centre. For the photo, I’ll share one of me journaling out in nature!
