motivated
just unlocked the work outs. going to HIT the gym tomorrow. after aqua Zumba or before i go to start the work outs. plus this week i lost 3LBs in weight. i can now fit into some of my gym cloths i got that where bit tight.

music to work out
when i do work outs or go for runs i listen to music to get me motived to do it. anyone els use music to get you motivated during work out/ runs
Tight calf muscles
This week I have been very active . But now I have very tight calf muscles my left is a lot tighter then my right. Is there anything I can do to try and stretch it or any exercise I can do to prevent this in the future

i have zombie run on my phone i have used it. haven't been on it for a while as i haven't been running. but its good motivation. im going to start using it again. i think you can use it on treadmills too. the uk weather has been bad. the park run a normally do have been cancelled because of the river overflowing.

just done step 4. but biggiest takeaway is creating good habits. i have now making more time to book classes over at the gym. and plan my life a bit better.
