❤️ I AM Health
Our inner narrative does affect our health.... ✨ I AM Kindness ✨ For a long time, I thought kindness meant always being available. Always helping. Always saying yes. Always putting other people first. But I've learned something important: Kindness without boundaries eventually becomes exhaustion. When we constantly say yes to everyone else, we often end up saying no to ourselves. No to our rest. No to our priorities. No to our wellbeing. No to the life we're trying to build. This week's challenge has reminded me that real kindness isn't just about how we treat others. It's also about how we treat ourselves. 🤍 Speaking to ourselves with compassion. 🤍 Honouring our time and energy. 🤍 Giving ourselves permission to pause. 🤍 Respecting our own needs. 🤍 Choosing boundaries without guilt. Because protecting your peace isn't selfish. It's healthy. And sometimes the kindest thing you can do is lovingly say: ✨ "Not today." ✨ "I don't have the capacity." ✨ "Let me think about it." ✨ "I need to take care of myself first." As both a coach and a participant in this journey, I'm learning that self-respect and self-kindness often walk hand in hand. The way we speak to ourselves matters. The way we treat ourselves teaches others how to treat us too. ❤️ Kindness and Health starts within you. #IAmHealth #IAmKindness #ThePowerOfNo #HealthyBoundaries #SelfRespect #SelfCare #ProtectYourPeace #IAm84 #IdentityInAction #ResilientPathwayss

It's really valuable to lay out the opportunity cost of Yes vs. No like this. It can be easy to assume the more yeses the better. But when one looks closer at the implicit nos underneath all the yeses the equation looks very different. Always a good idea to do an audit of the yeses and nos to see what each of them helps contribute to.

This journey isn't just about losing weight, building habits, or achieving goals. It's about becoming. As you look back on this week, what is one thing you've done, handled, or overcome that makes you proud of the person you're becoming? No win is too small.

Going on for one year no soft drinks or processed now. It feels automatic now, it doesn't seem to take up a huge amount of willpower or focus, but initially it was a bit more difficult to stick to.

@Tamzyn Wegrostek Thank you! Indeed - the trickiest part isn't maintaining - it's the strange phase of establishing the habit and the 1-3 months before it feels automatic, before it's been cemented into a part of the identity. Afterwards it's smoother sailing 💪
Who Knew We Were This Capable?
I just stepped into a brand-new role as a Personal Manager for a short period to build an organizational structure at a school. If you told me a few weeks ago I would be doing this, I wouldn't have believed you.But I threw myself into the deep end, and I must say: we are all truly capable of doing absolutely anything we put our minds to!Growth doesn't happen when we feel ready; it happens when we accept the challenge anyway. If you are sitting on the sidelines or doubting your skills today, take this as your sign to jump in. The capabilities you need are already inside you, waiting for you to lead. I AM CAPABLE, RESILIENT, AND BUILT FOR LEADERSHIP.

Huge congrats Tabita! "Growth doesn't happen when we feel ready; it happens when we accept the challenge anyway" is such a powerful way to frame it.
The 3 day journey continues ...
May I say please that this is not easy - posting my daily progress as then I can't hide as I have to show up ...🫥. Anyone else feeling same vulnerability 🫥? My #1 Area: Health The Real Reason It’s Low: Over worry about things out of my control - past and future What I’ve Been Avoiding: Facing the reasons for it What It’s Costing Me: Sleepless nights mostly My I AM Statement:👉 I AM DETERMINED Today I proved it by:👉 LOVING the fresh air on my walk and breathing deeply

I can definitely agree Agueda - when our changes are just thoughts in our minds it's easy and logical to hide from them if we don't feel up to it. When it's been publicly committed - it's a whole different ball game! Suddenly the pressure is very different, because it's real and out there, not just something in the privacy of our own heads. I'm glad that you're showing up despite the vulnerability, I'm confident that your determination and consistency will pay dividends. Well done for persevering despite the discomfort! 💪💪
Hi There Everyone! This is me!
Hey everyone, I'm Curtis Ray from MO, USA. I am 10 years sober from a past life of crime, addiction and alcoholism, really bad. God delivered me. This group intrigued me because of my faith. The Word of God says that HE IS "I AM" ... and I am becoming the man of God ... I've always wanted to be!!
