Bio: I do BLE because it makes my parts feel calm and centered and with IFS I learn to know & understand them giving them the loving attention they need.

Bio: Pursuing a life of thriving beyond surviving. Interested in IFS, somatic nervous system regulation, including yoga, pilates, swimming.
