I personally because of my schedule workout in the evening. There's a lot of debate is out there that morning workout are the best and evening workout might affect sleep. However I would like to know from you all what do you think? Also state the reasons
It depends Wether im cutting or bulking Cutting: training would be in the morning just after finishing my coffee, empty stomach Studies proved that in the first early hours in the morning your testosterone levels would be in the peak, Higher testosterone = higher metabolism = more fat to lose Bulking: training would be in the middle of the day or evening, after finishing my launch by 2 hours, testosterone levels went back to the normal Not too much fat are burnt.
