Every time I sit down to create a post... whether it's something for Homeroom, a promo for another community, or anything else... I always start the same way. Title first. CTA second. Content last. Because when you have your beginning and your end... the middle practically writes itself. Your content already has a map. It already knows where it's going. Remember in school when the teacher had you switch papers so you could grade each others work? Today is officially Day 50 for Skool Homeroom... and it's the first day I struggled. What do I post today? What's the current energy in the room? What does everyone need today? And I didn't have the answers. It got me to thinking about something... Sometimes building your community, keeping up the engagement, showing up and leading comes from intuition... - Intuition that you have from knowing your people - that comes from showing up consistently - from actually being in the room with them But sometimes we get stuck and that's when we need to fall back on your strategy.
