Hello all I started studying bit in December but I started taking studying for the Cissp seriously around April. I want to take the exam by the end of August. I tried reading the book but it is extremely dry and I keep losing focus. I went through some of Thor and some of Mike chappel on LinkedIn. I have been watching and reading the material from destination certification. That has been alot easier to digest. Also doing practice questions as much as I can. This is definitely a different beast because at the point I am at i know a little bit about every section but I don't confidently feel i know enough, usually I would take a test pass it but I don't feel confident enough to do that with this test. Going to finish destination certification to see which gaps i need to feel in.feel free to add me on LinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/in/tdunni

Any book on the CISSP is going to be dry. Sitting through a book on CISSP is an achievement in itself. That's how it is. I strongly suggest reading through the book. There is no good alternative to the book. Video courses are only good to serve as a refresher. Knowing a bit, and feeling like there are gaps in your knowledge is okay, because the CISSP is not about knowing every bit of details. Just know enough at a high level.
The AI-CISSPStudyGroup APP & Reflecting on our community.
Whether you’ve been a part of our group since the start or just found us recently, we’ve built something really special here, a supportive and knowledgeable group of cybersecurity professionals. I've gotten to see first hand how much we can help each other grow, both professionally and personally. It's funny, this community has been in the background of my life for almost 3 years now. I've constantly thought about it and the members how I can try to make it better. I'm extremely excited to announce our AI assisted practice question app. There's full length mock exams, AI generated practice, questions and insights. You can even upload your own study materials to extract your own practice questions! I'll be demoing more on upcoming study groups and will let you know soon how you can sign up!

In the real world both B and D. But if I had to chose one, I'd say D over B.
I cleared CISSP 100 Q/2 hrs & 20 minutes
Many thanks to this community for continuous guidance and variety of questions. Special mention to. @Fouad Ahmed for the tough questions he’s posting consistently. My 3 months of preparations (precisely 80 days) for the exam included; Official study guide & practice questions LearnZapp subscription Pete Zerger (inside cloud and security) great videos on YouTube - exam cram 8 domains combined and 120 main concepts summarised. Skool community. P.S: You need focus on concepts and don’t expect any direct (theory) or straight forward questions. Time management is another important factor. Thank you!
