Well we all probably know its plugin sale season! But free stuff is fun too (and addictive!). Here are two of my latest grabs: Yamaha S-YXG50 - Saw this in a Polarity video and had to grab. I has nice sounds taken from Yamaha synth banks (circa 2003). Basic but useable! You do need to use MIDI Program Change to select sounds. Bitwig has a device to do this, not sure in other DAWs but I assume most have a way to do this. Looks like Windows only though. Sample Science Free Plugin Bundle - Pay what you want (suggested $10) for a huge selection of sampler instruments using the Decent Sampler format. Basic but nice assortment! I was looking for piano sounds and a few in here are very useable. Check out the list of instruments! LMK your thoughts!

Just wondering if people have a go to plugin? One you use on pretty much every track - can be stock or third party. Can be anything midi fx, audio fx, mixing tools, synths etc. For me there’s a few. Arturia pigments, Gulfoss, Kush Clariphonic, excite audio -vision 4x.
