did you know that Cancer season (6/21-7/22) is about nurturing, home, and family? I bought a moon journal (last month, lol) and today is the first day that I am playing with it. Nurturing myself by giving me some me-time. Some reflection time. Some time to play with the energy of the month! And today is so serendipitous because we are in the waning gibbous phase ~ which embodies the theme of sharing. And that is exactly what I'm doing...reflecting and teaching you what I've learned! Good morning beautiful souls, I wanted to share something special with you—something that feels deeply aligned with the work we’ve been doing together. Our membership has a new name: The Energy Reset Lab This shift isn’t just about a name change—it’s about clarity. It reflects what truly happens when we come together… we reset, recalibrate, and create space for something new. To each of you who has been part of this journey—whether you’ve attended a session, supported from afar, or simply followed along—thank you. You’ve helped shape this evolution more than you know. As the Energy Reset Lab continues to grow, I’m also opening the doors to more of what you’ve been asking for and what I feel called to offer: • More guided meditations • Pendulum play and intuitive exploration • Experiential sessions • Deeper workshops for integration and expansion And here’s the most important part… I want this space to serve you. I’m listening. I’m open. And I would love to hear: What do you want more of? What would feel supportive, exciting, or expansive for you right now?
