i'm evaluating the calendar and going to be making some changes. Over the course of tonight and tomorrow, i'll be doing a series of polls to get a good read on how to set up the calendar to make this more scalable for my time but also more impactful for you all.

🔥 I lost the fire (and I don't care)
Skool has a really cool function where you can get emojis next to your name inside of the platform for hitting certain milestones and achievements. The fire emoji is for 30 days of doing 10+ activities inside of skool consistently. This means, when you miss a day, you lose the fire. It USED to feel like a symbol of pride. I have the fire emoji! It was cool and fun! but at the end of the day, what's mor important? delivering on clients and being with my family, or a fire emoji next to my name? Don't get me wrong, if you're new to skool, I think you SHOULD try to get the fire emoji. It forces to spend a lot of time on the platform and get comfortable with the platform. When you're building a community, it helps force you to be active enough to create an engaged and active community. For me? I am actually actively delivering on client work and scaling my business while managing a lot of personal appointments and activities with my family. Life is chaotic and the fire emoji is the last thing on my mind. So, i'm curious, do you have the fire emoji? 👇 Let us know in the comments why you're either keeping it up or why you aren't.

just got it back after months of not having it because of travel.
I hate this.
I have been seeing someone recently posting in their group. And they almost always say something like “90% of you will have failed at business by Christmas” I get that statistics are a thing. But it’s not very encouraging, and it sure doesn’t make me want to work with them. Anyone else feel this way? Or am I being too sensitive? 🤣

yes i agree there are ways of saying this differently that dont feel so depressing and discouraging.
🤖 Information synthesis with AI
Ever bookmark an educational youtube video with the intention to get back to it later when you have the time? You're learning new skills and abilities and you find a youtube video that looks promising... but... it's over an hour long and you are too busy to dedicate that time. As a mom of 4 small kids who runs a business, I feel this 100%. There's not enough time to homeschool the kids, keep everyone healthy and happy, bake fresh sourdough, do coaching calls, and work my own business while trying to learn the skills that are needed to grow. So, lately, i've been using AI to watch the videos for me and then give me the cliffnotes version and detailed instructions specified to my business and my brand. Here's what that looks like: Step 1: Find an educational video that I want to synthesize. Step 2: Go into the description, scroll down to where it says transcript, click on it. The transcript should come up on the side. Click and scroll to highlight and copy the entire transcript. Step 3: Go into Claude and say something like "I am trying to XYZ. I found this educational video about it. Please give me a thorough debriefing of what this video goes over. Break it down into terms that a beginner would understand. Then relay how we can use this information for my own business/brand. This is the transcript: (paste transcript)" Step 4: Read the briefing. That's it! Then, you get the run down of what was in the video, an explanation that you can understand, and how you can apply it to your own business. It is recommended to follow it up with a conversation. You can ask for any clarifications that you need to fully understand it. Ask it to build upon the concept by conducting market research on your specific niche and business model with psychological studies and actual case studies, etc. Go out there and start learning at 10x the speed of everyone else! XOXO Michelle

My journey to $25k by May 31st
Crazy things are in the works. Someone I met at a conference is referring me to a business that was going to hire them. She doesn’t have bandwidth for it. The current scope is a $7.5k for phase 1(first 30 days) and the it would be $8.5k per month after that. Apparently money isn’t a limiting factor for them at all. I also have a potential client that would be a $7500 set up and $5500 per month after that. I have a sales call next week with someone for a $5k offer. When I close it all I will be at $20k this month… with $14k MRR. (The “when” instead of “if” is intentional) And that doesn’t even include the person I have a sales call with next week (it’s the second call with her) and it’s a $2k set up with $1.5k per month after that I have also sent 150 LinkedIn DMs in the last 36 hours. And I have a sales call scheduled from that with one more that replied wanting more info. (That would be for a $5k offer). So what is different? Why did this happen now? As cliche as it sounds it really was triggered by my decision to stop playing small, and start playing big. CHOOSING to present myself with confidence and talking to people instead of perpetually planning and learning. At least, that’s the way it’s been for me. Choose courage and confidence, my friends. Let’s DO this
