My win for the week was hosting an open house at a $2.7M property in Lakeridge Estates. I’ve done plenty of open houses, but this was on another level. I prepared days in advance, studied the luxury upgrades, and made sure I was ready to answer any question with confidence and precision. During the open house, I showed up as the luxury living expert and fully owned the room while connecting with prospective buyers. I don’t shy away from uncomfortable situations—because that’s where real growth happens. At this stage in my career, I’m actively seeking out the tough sales and the moments that push me to elevate.
