@Collin Mitchell don't get me wrong, Section 8 is good play a lot of the time! I do think you might want to diversify tho. So you got 30+ section 8s... Maybe look into doing some fix n flips... Or buy n holds... Maybe try to get into some with creative financing? Just some thoughts.
Ramping wholesaling back up. Had this close for $17,628 assignment fee last month, one closing Tuesday for $16,500 fee and more lined up. Did $90k in my first 90 days end of last year then took a break to focus on my other business. Back pushing my re business to $50k+ months. Going to add rentals as well
I think for most people who take action, the biggest thing is just finding actual deals. There's no shortage of people out there who have property available. But finding a "DEAL" - that's a whole other ball of wax!
