How can I customize or edit the email summary that gets sent after my AI agent finishes a call with a client?

Personally, seeing the "transfer to agent" in Eleven Labs made me want to stop using Vapi... and on top of that Eleven Labs is known for voice. If you're starting your agency today, would you start with Eleven Labs instead of Vapi, etc.?

Hey guys, quick question for the agency owners here. For the lat 3 years, my partner and I have been working with ai automation and running an automation agency for a year. We love n8n, but we hit a massive wall: Handing off workflows to non-technical clients or VAs is a nightmare. If the client touches one node, the whole workflow breaks. We got tired of fixing broken scenarios at 2 AM. So, we decided to build our own internal tool (Project Aesora) which is more simpler than n8n. Basically, it allows a non-tech person to connect credentials and run complex automations with 1 click, without ever seeing the messy node graph. We are currently testing it internally, but I’m looking for a few experienced agency owners to roast it. I don't want to sell it yet, I just want to know if this solves a real problem for you guys.
