Hey Friends I've been prepping for my Keynote in Basel Switzerland for over 100 Days... Here's a draft... much more work needed on tone/body language/story to do but thought I'd share some behind the scenes progress. Note target is clinical, startupy, medtech folks... not general public... so its dense with clinical language and nerd tech. My slides are due in 24 hours and I haven't started lol. 7 days until Switzerland... looking foward to connecting IRL with @Arnold Ammann and @Jutta Jerlich Other fun news. I closed a $10k and $20k client last week. I'm closing a $40k-$100k client this week.... and am also closing a peculiar brand sponsorship deal that I can't fully disclose. So... the days at Amazon are getting closer to the end after 9months of third shift in parallel to building my business.... Finding liftoff.

I just closed a $10k + Affiliate Keynote Speaking Gig in Switzerland... And I'm in the process of closing $20k - $40k worth of surgical robotics branded content. One quick learning I'd love to share is that you can often use the work you're actively doing [pretestinonial] to close future clients. This pared with consistent content creation to build trust and establish authority in a niche is killer. Using the work to win the work also creates a sense of urgency and FOMO when they feel like they need to work around the process to get access to your services (overcoming high friction). I just received a DM invite to my first medTech Keynote for one of Europes largest healthcare conferences... This would be my first paid international speaking gig... and the opportunity came to me. This lovely 3:15am DM was a pleasant reminder that crazy things happen when you outlast ...well... basically every other sane person around you lol...
