Self Trust Quest #4: What Would Nourish You? 🌿
Hi, boos! Welcome to the first week of our four week Self Trust Sprint.✨ We’re beginning with The Empress. The Empress invites us to notice what helps us feel cared for, supported, creative, comfortable, and alive. Not what would make us more productive. Not what we think we should need. Simply what would nourish us. So, your Self Trust Quest this week is to pause once a day and ask: What would feel nourishing to me right now? Your answer doesn’t have to be big. Maybe you need something to eat, ten quiet minutes, fresh air, music, creativity, or to wear something that makes you feel beautiful. Then comes the important part: allow your answer to matter. You don’t have to complete this perfectly or choose something profound. We’re simply practicing hearing our own needs and responding without immediately asking whether we’ve earned them. I added a short video for this week’s quest inside the classroom. Once you’ve watched it, come back here and tell me: What would feel nourishing to you today?🌿💗

I got a massage today, and then decided that I didn’t want to drive to East L.A. for a workshop, so I’m staying home.The workshop started at 6pm.

@Claudia Kubata Glad to hear!
Self-Trust Quest: What Do You Already Know?🧐
Hi boos✨ Life has been very full over here lately, and , I’ve had to remind myself of this practice too. Sometimes we think self-trust is supposed to appear during the enormous, life-changing decisions. Should I stay? Should I leave? Am I making the right choice? Etc lol But I think it’s actually built through much smaller moments. “Like, what do I want to eat today?” “Do I want to answer this message now or later?” “Which option feels better to me, before I ask everyone else what they think?” So here is your little Self-Trust Quest for the next few days: Before you ask a friend, pull another tarot card, or open ChatGPT (yes, I called us both out 😂), pause and ask: What do I already know? You can still ask for another perspective afterward. The point is simply to let your own voice answer first. I shared more about this in my newest YouTube video, Stop Trying So Hard to Trust Yourself. I’m adding it here in case you want to check it out. And now I’m curious. What is one small decision you can let yourself make today without asking anyone else first? Tell me in the comments💗

Which store to go to first!

@Claudia Kubata I went to Baja Ranch Market first, then to Trader Joe’s.
💛 A little behind... and maybe that's exactly the point
I'm posting this a little later than usual today. This week was... a lot😂 We had plumbers at the house for two days, my baby has been teething, and I honestly feel like I've gotten almost no sleep all week. By this morning, I was feeling pretty discouraged because my Friday YouTube video and newsletter wasn't ready on time.. Then I stopped and laughed. The video I am posting today is literally about not feeling like you have to become some perfect version of yourself. And this week's newsletter started with a question someone asked me: "What does triumph look like for me?" It got me thinking.. maybe the better question is... What does triumph FEEL like for me? Right now, triumph doesn't look like having everything together. It looks like showing up anyway. It looks like hitting publish, even if it's later than I planned. It looks like remembering that done is sometimes more loving than perfect. So today's video is a little late... and honestly, I think that's part of the lesson. I'd love to hear from you. What does triumph feel like for you right now? PS. 🎥 Video goes live at 4:30pm PST if you'd like to watch. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/lXhbrqUJG3U

Triumph looks like driving to Montclair to pick up Sophie! Got back home from my trip at 12:30am on Saturday, slept most of the day on Saturday, and I didn’t feel like driving on Sunday. My car wouldn’t start so it is at the shop, driving a rental for the moment. I wasn’t sure I would be able to get Sophie today, but decided to drive and get her.

@Claudia Kubata Yes, I’m happy she is home!
Today's check in💛
Between plumbers, a teething baby, and very little sleep... today has been one of those days 😅 So here's my question for you: What's something you're giving yourself grace for today? I'll go first... I'm giving myself grace for not getting everything done.

I am giving myself grace for not doing much at home besides resting.

@Claudia Kubata I agree, sadly not everyone does it.
We’re Beginning a Four Week Self Trust Sprint ✨
Hi, boos👻 I’ve been thinking about how I want The Inner Compass to feel, and I don’t want this to be another place where we simply collect information about intuition and self trust. I want it to be somewhere we actually practice together😄 So, beginning this Monday, we’re starting a little four week Self Trust Sprint inside the community! Every Monday, I’ll share a new Self Trust Quest inspired by the next card in the Major Arcana. Nothing overwhelming. These will be small, gentle practices you can bring into your actual life and notice what happens when you begin letting your own voice matter. We’ll begin with The Empress on Monday, August 3. At the end of the four weeks, we’ll have a free live Inner Compass Circle together. We can talk about what we noticed, where we still get stuck, and what changed when we began listening to ourselves a little differently. You don’t have to complete everything perfectly. You don’t even have to keep up. Come as you are and participate whenever you can. Who wants to join me?💗 @Anna Martinez @Ashley Becker @Tiffany-Marie Austin @Kashi Bhatt @Cynthia Quinones @Chelsea T @Carley Deardorff @Lolita Stanton @Edith Rincon

I love bunnies, butterflies, unicorns, and hummingbirds. Love to learn new things, collect crystals, nature, and to travel.
