If you make a client $10k/mo in final profit (after materials for the job and taxes and all expenses) how much do you charge?
$10k a mo is his final profit he doesn't have to pay nothing else except my service fee (my service is SEO so there is no ad spend)

You can charge as much as you can. I know Alex Hormozi said something along the lines of 30x-50x ROAS before. So I’d say think $200-$500(10,000/50)

Voicemails Non Stop
Has anyone got any tips to reduce the voicemails for my setter? I've asked her to call later and she is now calling 9am-1pm and 6-8:30pm UK time but still getting voicemails. If she's calling 25 leads, she gets through to 2 people. We message them on whatsapp but cannot call on whatsapp and I think the whole 'Spam Likely' when you call people may be an issue...Is there any tips anyone has for increasing pickup rate?

Have you tried using a new number. Some times after a few weeks of cold calling your number gets flagged as spam

Does anyone here run LSA ads? Happy Sunday group! If you run LSA ads do you have it connected to GHl ? I am trying to figure out how to connect that since GHL doens't have a direct integration with LSA ads and i am trying to create new contact in GHL when someone calls or send a message through LSA. I’ve made a few grand so far, merged with another agency, and I’m grinding to scale fast – but I know I’m still early in the game. I’m looking to connect with agency owners who are a few steps ahead.
