Two members logged into September's session. Different rungs. Same 30 minute block. One of them showed up without her slide deck loaded. She spent the first few minutes finding it. Then she opened Google Vids for the first time and recorded a narrated slide video before the block ended. She called it rough. She kept it anyway. The other member is a few rungs ahead. She's feeding her speaker talks into ChatGPT, having it build the long-form video, then clip the reels and shorts on its own. Near the end of the call, she walked the first member through the difference between a reel and a carousel. That's what live gives you. Real-time help when you're stuck.
