What are some good eights to learn how to slow walk “sexy walk” & backwards skate in ? I want to learn indoors for starters since I paid my concrete tax time to get use to some wood 🛼😅

I recorded these for your so you can see perspective of how you can make it sexy and what I mean by - - leg softened and 1 hip-booty-knee bend so give you to illusion you’re “sitting on your leg” 🦵 Hope my visual helps!

I feel like the prettiest T. rex ever. Tips to get this torso in check? just a sloppy flow - I was already over 3 hours in my body tapping out I’ll take any pointers

Slow it down? Yeah!
I just had an idea: to use something like the speed control on youtube to slow down a song in order to practice the choreo. I'm not into choreography on skates yet. Back in "the day" (in dancing) we didn't have digital playback that could change frequency (BPM) without weirding out the pitch. I found an app for Mac called PitchNSpeed. Simple and free. I just tried it and voila. I'll probably use it when I get to skate-dancing. Let me know if this is news to anyone and a good idea.

I love this hack too!!!! YouTube now lets you adjust the playback speed on most videos now which is very helpful ! Great you found an awesome hack that works for you Albert! Love seeing you skate.
Oopsie
Fell backwards yesterday and automatically stuck my arm out and broke my wrist. It happened so fast. Any tips on fighting that instinct? I'm really frustrated. Also, I'll be wearing my safety gear from here on out.

Free your hands and you must tighten your core! stabilize yourself so your lower leg muscles don't have to do all the work! Hamstrings and thighs are put under a lot of pressure here too so keep working at them little by little. You will get strong fast! you can also put more space between your legs- so you feel more stable while your work up your duration in the manual position. your manuals look great so far!
