What are some good eights to learn how to slow walk “sexy walk” & backwards skate in ? I want to learn indoors for starters since I paid my concrete tax time to get use to some wood 🛼😅

Free your hands and you must tighten your core! stabilize yourself so your lower leg muscles don't have to do all the work! Hamstrings and thighs are put under a lot of pressure here too so keep working at them little by little. You will get strong fast! you can also put more space between your legs- so you feel more stable while your work up your duration in the manual position. your manuals look great so far!
