@Jan Danielewicz I just want to say I see you - and I hear you! But whatever is going on with you know this… you’ll figure it out and come back stronger with whatever plan you were always meant to follow. You are VISIBLE - I envy your ability to be as visible as you are because despite my hard work, it is damn near impossible to keep all plates spinning simultaneously to achieve the results we want as photographers and as membership owners/educators. I am so proud FOR you - your level of engagement and interaction with people in your community are where I used to be, and it’s a hard mountain to climb to get back there! I also admire and commend you for your vulnerability… we learn as much from others pitfalls and mistakes and lessons learned as we do from their success stories… but only a good leader and mentor can use their own learning lessons to teach others… and you are exactly that type of person ;) Take your rest period - remember that being a membership owner and educator, vs being a photographer, are literally two different career paths and the mindset that we can do both equally at the same time will set you up for failure. You can do both… but strategically only! Always around if you need to bounce ideas etc - but seriously man, don’t be too hard on yourself…. None of us have it all figured out - it just takes time to adapt to new challenges as they arise!
