By Friday 6th June, I will have embedded my new training program, and I will feel more energetic and focused, by showing up as a Man of Action on a Mission. My 2 daily rituals are: – Sunrise walk with weight vest: min 20 mins, target 1 hour. – Mobility Routine every morning after walk
