Chris has created a Fitness system that not only changed my routine but changed how I relate to my body, my food and my mindset. The meal plans were a big surprise. Eating well stopped feeling like a set of rules, meals are delicious, they are meals I look forward to instead of endured. The weekly workouts are well structured to create progress; you will notice an increase of strength and energy soon after starting the program. Check-ins with Chris held the whole experience together. Let's go!
