The Life Map helps your client look back over their life and plot the experiences that have shaped them, with their high points shown as peaks and more difficult periods shown as troughs. Once they've created their map, you can use the reflection questions to explore what they notice about their journey, how past experiences have influenced them and what they might want to focus on moving forward.
