So I am about to finish part one about role models. And I wanna share my point of view. I believe it can be very valuable to find actual role models that do inspire you for many different reasons. If you take their perspective as much as you are capable to imagine that - like: what would he do? How would he conquer this obstacle or situation? It can help to shift your perspective on what you are truly capable of. And here is the thing. I believe any kind of rolemodel found a way to express his best Version of himself. And there is always unlimited Potential to find and express the best Version of ourselves. And I say Version because we always have a choice. And sometimes we make the wrong decisions. And I wanna say: Rolemodels also made, make and will make wrong decisions. Especially when you have ever met any of your Rolemodels you might realize after a while, that there is not just their best Version of themselves. They fail to be their own best Version many many many times. Terribly often. And what could happen is to say: Awh maybe he is not a rolemodel, gotta find someone else, right? And you might dismiss their best Version of themselves that made you look at them as a rolemodel in the first place. Dont do it. Understand that every rolemodel is human. What ever inspired you is real. And as much many rolemodels will turn out very different from what you imagined, take that best Version of them as evidence that there is that best Version of yourself, too. Find that best Version and express it knowing that nobody is perfect. Just strive for the best. 💪🏻 What do you think?
