Lets have some fun.
I found this in another group and thought it was a lot of fun, so lets play today in Chat. Here are the instructions, once you have done it, post your pictures in the comments too so we can all see them. "Create an ultra-realistic 8K Christmas portrait using a 55mm lens with bright, playful holiday lighting. The woman is me and I am in a whimsical candy-cane themed photoshoot, surrounded by pink giant peppermint decorations, snowy ground, festive trees, and oversized ornaments. Use my real facial features exactly as they are — do NOT change or alter her face in any way. My makeup is festive glam — winged liner, warm eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, and a bold holiday soft pink lips. I'm wearing a sparkly teal & silver long-sleeve pants jumpsuit , fitted and shimmering with sequins. The back of the jumpsuit has a scoop-back cut, adding keeping the holiday sparkle. I'm is sitting on a white cube block, posing with one leg crossed over the other. My expression is playful and confident, smiling warmly toward the camera. In my hand, I hold a giant pink-and-white peppermint lollipop prop, resting it over her shoulder in a fun, candy-land pose. Around me is a fully decorated Christmas set: • Snowy ground with fluffy artificial snow • Christmas trees dusted with frost, decorated with pink ornaments and string lights • Oversized and canes framing whimsical beside her • A large shiny red Christmas ornament near my feet Lighting should be bright, clean, and festive, capturing the glimmer of the sequins and the pink candy-themed props. The colors are vibrant green, pinks, whites, and silvers, giving a magical North Pole holiday studio vibe."
Lets have some fun.

Sunday Reflection: Your Wins for the Week
Before the week rushes in again, let’s pause. What’s one win you had this week, big or small? Maybe you set a boundary, rested when your body asked for it, said no when you meant no, or finally did something you’ve been avoiding. These little wins matter. They’re the stepping stones to the life you’re building. Share one win from your week, I’d love to celebrate with you. (And it might inspire someone else who needed to hear it today.)

I sold a couple of gift vouchers for 6 treatments which will only be claimed in January. Christmas money 🎄✨️💫while I get to holiday.
A little gratitude check-in today 💜
Gratitude is powerful in two ways:Being grateful for today helps us soften the past.Being grateful for the future helps us create and manifest the life we’re stepping into. So today, I’d love you to list 5 things you’re grateful for, either right now… or for the future you’re calling in. There’s no right or wrong way to do this.Just notice what comes up. Share yours below if you feel comfortable.

Always up for a gratitude fest @Lorene Roberts 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️ 1. I am super grateful for all the festive events we have been enjoying lately. The past few days have been such fun and so delish!! 🎄✨️ 2. I am super grateful for the 3 clients coming to me for treatments today. 💖 3.I am super grateful for the wonderful sculpt massage session I had yesterday by my lovely friend. 💖 4.I am super grateful for my wonderful husband who just gave the boys breakfast before heading to work. ❤️ 5.I am super grateful for the new opportunities coming my way that I never imagined were possible before. And that I made it into the 2nd round of the application process for Sarah Anne's fabulous position. Woohoo! 🤸‍♀️🎉🤸‍♀️ Exciing times. 🎊
The Feel-Good Flex
Today, I’m letting myself own a win without minimising it. I’ve shown up every day. I’ve stayed extremely consistent. I’ve done the inner work, and outer work, even when it wasn’t comfortable. That matters. And yes, I’m allowed to be proud of that. Growth doesn’t always look loud, but it always counts. ✨ Your turn now, no downplaying allowed ✨ What’s one win, shift, or moment of growth you can own today, without brushing it off or adding a “but”? It can be big, small or quietly powerful. Share it here, or if you’re feeling brave, take it public. Let yourself be seen and acknowledged. You’ve earned it.

@Kerry Upham Oooh, well done, Kerry! That's good going. I spent like the whole day yesterday editing a video and getting it up on YouTube. And just uploaded to Spotify today. I am driving myself crazy overthinking and overediting my content. Spontaneous and fast is definitely the way to go.
🎭 Let’s Talk Personality Types 🎭
Here’s a fun one for today! Personality tests can be such an interesting way to learn more about yourself, and sometimes they even help explain the patterns we run in life. So I’m curious…👉 Have you ever done a personality type test before? Some of the popular ones are: - Myers-Briggs (MBTI) — the 16 personality types - Enneagram — 9 core motivations - DISC — behavioural styles - Love Languages — how we give and receive love - Human Design — a mix of astrology, chakras, and energy Which ones have you tried? And if you know your type, share it below — let’s see how diverse our community is!

I love this kinda thing. I am an ENFJ on Myers-Briggs, no. 7 - The Epicure or Enthusiast on the Enneagram, and a Manifestor in Human Design.
