I really wanted to focus on building my credit age, since that makes up 15% of our credit score 📊. As you know, I’m in the middle of my credit rebuild journey, and I’ve been working on removing all of my derogatory accounts 🧹. The tricky part? That would’ve left me with nothing reporting 😬 — so when this tradeline opportunity came along, it felt like a chance to “skip the line” ⏩ in terms of credit age. And hey, that $30k limit just looks so good to me 😍💳. We’ll see what the creditors think down the line 😂🤞. Step 2: I’m going for a secured card with rewards 💪✨. Late Payment Removal Issues‼️
If you are having issues with getting late payments removed then remove the whole account! If the account is no longer being used then this would an option. If the account is still in use then I would continue to dispute the late payment as long as it takes.
