What am I doing?
Pretty new to the AI world, but I'm using Obsidian for now to help me organize my journal entries and meeting transcripts. I connected Gemini to help summarize my meetings for the week which lives in the 04 Journal/Journal.md. So I got to thinking, maybe I should create more AI "thingies" within each folder and then have a master root file they all report to, sort of like a command center. What am I doing? And what's the proper term for these "thingies" called? Chief of staff? Agents? Skills? Instructions?

@Mira Bradshaw I think I'm trying to create an analyst that owns each folder -one that organizes my file structures in my meetings, and filters to only action items pertaining to only ME -one does the same thing but in Journal center, -one to coordinate all of them like a chief of staff. I want them to all talk to each other and interact and actually function as a real team, making decisions based on my goals, my parameters, and knowing what needs to get done. So far, I've been able to have Gemini summarize everything in an entire folder into the root file. And I thought that was really cool, so I got to thinking, if the root file acted as a chief of staff and talked each of those analysts within those various files it would be better organized down the long haul as I scale this I've attached a picture to share my vision
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

FFC is that one rare place I wouldn’t mind working for if money was absolutely no object for me. Thanks for sharing
2nd update: WEBSITE HERO DESIGN DONE!
This was such a challenge. I had a idea for a hero landing page design but it was not coming together as I hoped. It got to the point where i was using GEMINI, CLAUDE and CODEX to "just get something close it". Alot of back and forth prompting, folder structure fell apart the first time. I just had to keep engineering it. Tried it forward and reverse engineering it. I was patient but very persistent. I COULD HAVE BEEEN BETTER ORGANIZING AND STRUCTURING MY FOLDERS. It seemed like there was no hope. It seemed no matter how good i got them, the design was just odd, not as direct and very confusing. WHAT DID THIS DO....? ACTUALLY, it inspired me to create my own tools and workflow systems so my designs can manifest exactly how i please and i can have more control of the details. Something ill be speaking and following @Ari Evergreen and @David Vogel about. And of course more videos from @Jake Van Clief. I went into gemini and created parts of the design and had it add controls for it so i can get it looking how i wanted, then took the code and added them to my files or my prompt. This seemed to really advance the design forward. i need to find a better way to update the files. This design was not easy! I want to thank @Shirsho Guha @Marcos Accioly and all others for the feedback on the my other post for my first website. You can see the old version and 1st post about it here: https://www.skool.com/quantum-quill-lyceum-1116/project-2-personal-website-sheesh?p=8319ce31 Definitely learned alot and look forward to adjusting for better workflow and designs.
