Planning
Does anyone else plan there drills out in the back garden before putting them to use on the training ground , I’m sat here tonight planning routines for creating space on throws and corners for our team tonight . Using the cones to give me a better idea rather than just having it on paper . I feel like a mad man when I do this some times 😂😂

@William Barlow thanks , even if I draw it out on paper just using the cones on a smaller scale in the garden helps to get an idea of it will work easily

@Preston Oldfield we do a similar thing discuss where the girls need little improvements after each game or festival , and try to tailor the following session to that because it’s generally fresher in the girls minds if they are struggling with something also I have the benefit of being able to see it from a gks view aswell . Something we have started to do recently is get one of the girls each week to bring a drill they have seen online and help put it on seems to keep them engaged a lot more and they feel they have more input aswell
