🎊 Day 3 of fluency challenge complete
Still learning how to pronounce words and their meanings. I used online translation to help me convert this into Tagalog: 📚I am a beginner and only know a few simple words right now. Baguhan pa lang ako at kaunti pa lang ang alam kong mga salita. 📚I try to learn by watching videos and practicing easy words and phrases. Sinusubukan kong matuto sa panonood ng mga video at pag-practice ng mga simpleng salita at parirala. 📚My goal is to understand basic conversations and say simple sentences. Ang goal ko ay maintindihan ang mga simpleng usapan at makapagsalita ng maiikling pangungusap. 📚I plan to practice a few times each week so I can slowly get better. Plano kong mag-practice ng ilang beses bawat linggo para unti-unti akong gumaling. lol hopefully that sounds correct
Key
The key in learning any language is to practice it. Daily exposure through listening, reading or writing builds familiarity and retention. 🗣️Grammar helps you form accurate sentences, but it works best alongside real usage. 🧠Learning words in context (phrases, sentences) is more effective than memorizing lists. ☝🏼Timely correction is more effective than delayed or excessive correction. 💪🏼Making mistakes is essential-it helps identify gaps and improves accuracy.

Mindset check
🧠 Remember: progress beats perfection. 🚶🏼‍➡️🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️Small steps every day create big results. 💬 Question: What is ONE small habit you want to practice this week? 🗯️ Tagalog: “ Unti-unti, may mararating.” ( Little by little, you’ll get there.) 🗣️ 🗣️Say or comment: 👇🏼👇🏼 🌝 Magandang araw. (Good day.) 👋🏼 Kamusta ka? (How are you?) 🫩 Pagod ako pero tuloy lang. (I’m tired but i keep going.) 🫶🏼 Mess-up are expected here. 🤜🏻 Dito, pwedeng magkamali.
