How would this work for booking jobs where there are multiple factors to consider like How long the job might take based on the job size and complexity (not all jobs are the same), and What location you'll be working at just before, or afterwards (travel times factors some travel times can be 1-2 hrs apart), and other factors/things? Or would you only use this to schedule "Bid Appointments" or call back appointments? The reason I ask this is: The Two most asked questions are: How much will it cost? and When are you available? Both are need data gathered by "boots on the ground" to see the factors and range widely from a couple of hours to a few days or sometimes a week or more... depending on the job/job-site being done. So how could I use AI for that?
