Valentines meal will follow banana bread for breakfast, pork pie and salad for lunch. Valentine meal is a starter of Stilton and garlic mushrooms, filet steak, minted new potatoes and mixed veg, and for pud, Victoria sandwich GU dessert 😋
Yesterday I enjoyed banana bread, ham and cheese sandwich and homemade chicken kebab 😋 Still only one gym appearance this week 😔 but I’m still tired and hurting from Spain.
Eating a bit late tonight. Currently have home made chicken shish kebabs in the oven. Really filling so only having it with Lebanese bread and salad. Photos to follow 💪
Assess your portion control Do you feel stuffed 20 mins after eating? Are you used to that full feeling and that’s the normal? Be honest….i used to eat til i felt I needed to lay down! It’s something i had to learn not to do - and this is actually really helpful particularly when we eat out. We feel we got to get out moneys worth!….
I’ve found sticking to PFF I feel satisfied way before I finish my meal. Due to this, I now reduce the amount on my plate and sometimes I find myself still leaving some xx
We are all too busy - too busy looking after everyone else doing things that just are autopilot duties - we don’t realise that we actually need to take a little bit time for ourselves. It’s something we all struggle to do, me included but today I am going to challenge you to take 20 minutes for yourself. Do something that is just for you - not for someone else - only you!
