In today's video, I dive into the drum machines included in the 5.3 Beta version of Bitwig Studio, focusing on the recently added key tracking feature, which allows for more dynamic and varied drum patterns by playing the drum sounds up and down the keyboard. I cover the different drum machines available in Bitwig, such as V0, V1, V8, and V9, and I demonstrate how to create a drum groove from scratch using these instruments. I also dive into the use of the Freq Shifter + effect and various techniques to add complexity and variation to the drum patterns, including using LFOs, step sequencers, and parameter modulation.
