Day 28 - Morning meditation 🧘🏼♀️🌈
No sound today - and I ok with that. Everything was so well set up and then I forgot to unmute the mic. I think I’m still a little foggy from no caffeine…🙄😁🤩 And then I didn’t have time to try to re-record a new one. Some days be like that

Day 26 - Morning Meditation
Can you believe it? 26 days in a row‼️🚀❤️🔥 Every day the record now. What was coming to mine today was having an exit plan. We talked about having an exit plan in business or in your career or for retirement, but do we ever talk about having an exit plan for when somebody dies? I'm in a particular place here with my father who is nearly 89 years old and that inevitability was striking me yesterday. Basically what will I do when he passes? Let me hear your thoughts on this. Other than that, have a wonderful day.

I also had difficulty focusing this morning, and yesterday as well. Maybe lack of good sleep for 2 night and perhaps the wild cold crazy wind. Thanks for ongoing connection !!
