Sleep Like a King, Perform Like a Warrior

Here’s a simple but powerful tip: Prioritize deep, restorative sleep. Lack of sleep wrecks your testosterone, kills motivation, and slows muscle recovery. When you sleep well, you recover faster, think sharper, and carry yourself with more presence and energy. Here's what I did to fix my horrible sleep habits. ✅️ Cut screen time an hour before bed, blue light disrupts melatonin. Melatonin is the chemical that signals your body to slow down and prepare for sleep. ✅️ Every phone has a sleep mode, turn it on. At 9:00pm, my notifications get turned off and my phone goes into black and white mode. ✅️ Make your room pitch black & cool, your body sleeps deeper at lower temps. Plus there are added benefits for younger looking skin sleeping in a cool room. ✅️Get sunlight first thing in the morning. This may be hard for some, especially in the winter months, but there are plenty of affordable artificle sun lamps that help resets your body’s natural sleep cycles in the morning.
