Bring your entire conscious awareness to the texture, the temperature, and the flavor of what you are consuming. Listen to how your body responds when it is fully witnessed and nourished. What did you savor today? Savoring is the highest form of presence.

For me it was steak with an over easy egg and avocado. I started eating slower as well. Rushing through my meals is how I survived back then, when my time was not my own, when it was bound to a life of servitude.

I'm proud of myself for standing firm in decisions that resonate with who I am now and who I am becoming. I am proud of myself for no longer allowing the shadows of others to cause a cast over my light. I'm proud of myself for the immediate stop to putting out fires that belong to others. I'm proud of myself for accepting me.
Expanding your Inner Vision
I want to share a practice with you that completely changed how I connect with my vision. I know so many of us sit down to visualize what we want, and instantly our brains treat it like another thing we have to do. You close your eyes, clench your jaw, and try to force yourself to see the life you desire. But when you are spending all day managing logistics and holding everything together, asking your tired mind to suddenly build a beautiful, rich world from scratch is exhausting. I completely understand why it feels so hard, because I used to do the exact same thing. I had to find a way to make it easy, and I want to give you the exact trick I use because it actually works. When I want to expand my imagination for my visualization exercises from the ACCELERATE program, I turn on fantasy and romance audiobooks. Where I was once using them to relax and understand some ideals, I use them as a playground for my mind. Let me explain. When you listen to a really incredible narrator describe a gorgeous, magical new world or a deeply captivating romance, you get to just rest. You don't have to build the scenery or figure out the details. You simply lie back and let the story construct the beauty around you. It gives your mind permission to experience pleasure, luxury, and safety without you having to orchestrate a single thing. By consistently listening to these vivid stories, you are literally stretching your ability to imagine bigger things. You are teaching your body how to relax and accept a beautiful reality. Once your mind remembers how to hold that kind of grand vision without stressing out, picturing your own affluent life becomes completely effortless. Try this for yourself with this intent. Pick an audiobook with an incredible storyline and beautiful descriptions. Get comfortable, put your headphones on, and just let the words wash over you. It is the easiest way to remind your body what it feels like to be completely taken care of and deeply safe. Share in the comments if you have some favorites that'll activate this intent. Its so wild to me that you posted this! I've been listening to Audiobooks and storys on YouTube. Over the last few months I have been listening to POV story's set in Hogwarts, Naria, Rivendell , Home of the elves, etc. at night . The narrators voice has a way of pulling me in. It's exceptionally vibrant when enhanced with Psilocybin.

Welcome to April in The Frequency House. We are officially entering the Pleasure Protocol. You've developed a brilliant intellect, but you have likely severed the connection to your physical vessel to do so. We are conditioned to treat the body as a machine that simply executes the mind's commands. If the body gets tired, we caffeinate it. If it feels anxious, we override it. If it asks for rest, we call it lazy. This ends today. The mind is a strategist, but the body is the actual oracle. Your physical vessel processes frequency long before your brain can intellectualize it. When you ignore your body, you are ignoring the most sophisticated navigation system you own. Take a completely honest inventory of your physical state right now. Ask Yourself: What physical symptom, tension, or exhaustion am I currently ignoring because it is inconvenient to my ambition? Are you pretending your chronic fatigue is just a lack of discipline? Are you ignoring the knot in your stomach every time you speak to a certain client? Expose the disconnect below. You cannot build an affluent life inside a bankrupt vessel.

These are just my thoughts on this current learning experience. I highly recommend and invite all members to participate with the Legacy Through Relationships course. These tools have helped me navigate through my days with much more assurance and clarity. I've even learned how to assess my emotions properly and respond to life's display of my own creation.
