Come As You Are. Just Show Up
You don’t need to be fixed before you start. You don’t need more confidence, more clarity, or a better week first. You need presence. Come tired. Come unsure. Come frustrated. Come with questions. Come carrying weight. But come. Show up the way you are today and do the best you can with what you have. That is enough. You can do hard things. You can keep your word. You can choose discipline even when you don’t feel strong. You can become the man you’re meant to be, one intentional step at a time. This is how rebuilding actually works: - Show up with intention - Act with integrity - Stay consistent when it’s uncomfortable You don’t have to see the whole path. You don’t have to control the outcome. You do your part. God does the rest. Today’s win isn’t perfection. It’s presence. Show up. Build. Repeat

The Power of Mindset
THE POWER OF MINDSET Your mindset is how you think, how you see yourself, and how you deal with life. A weak mindset says: 'I can’t.' A strong mindset says: 'I’ll find a way.' You can’t always control what happens around you, but you can control how you respond. That’s where your power lives. WHY MINDSET MATTERS When your mind is strong: 1. You bounce back faster from problems. 2. You stay focused when life gets hard. 3. You believe in yourself even when others doubt you. HOW TO BUILD A STRONG MINDSET 1. Watch Your Thoughts — Replace negative thoughts with positive truth. 2. Face Challenges — Growth comes from discomfort. 3. Choose Your Circle — Surround yourself with people who lift you up. 4. Stay Consistent — Discipline builds confidence. 5. Learn from Failure — Failure is feedback, not the end. 6. Feed Your Mind Daily — Positive input creates positive output. FINAL THOUGHT A strong mindset isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build. Every day. Every choice. Every thought. You are not your past. You are your potential. Start thinking strong, and your life will start moving strong. MINDSET REFLECTION WORKSHEET 1. What’s one challenge you’ve faced recently? 2. How did your mindset affect how you handled it? 3. Write down one negative thought you’ve been believing: 4. Rewrite that thought into a positive truth you can live by: 5. Say that truth to yourself every day this week. Example: “I always mess up” “I learn and get stronger every time I try.” Remember: You build your mindset by what you think, say, and do daily. I

YES! Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Seeing joy and delight actually helps to rewire our brains. And when our brains are wired for positivity it actually helps us make better decisions and protects us from stress.
“Oh... yeah. That makes sense.”
Wheels on suitcases are so normal now that a bag without wheels feels… broken. But here’s the wild part 👇 Suitcases didn’t get wheels until 1970, thanks to a guy named Bernard Sadow. Even then, the idea barely caught on until the late 80s — when flight crews started using them and everyone else went, “Oh... yeah. That makes sense.” Let that sink in for a second. 🚀 We put a man on the moon in 1969... 🧳 Before we thought to put wheels on luggage. A simple, common-sense solution to a problem most people had just accepted. I was part of a team that designed and built a state-of-the-art Security Operations Center and then had the privilege of hiring, training and managing the staff that would operate the center. At that time, the company had never had a security operation at that level... we were the first... we were a new idea. My initial objective out of the gate was simple. "We Will Think Differently!" Status quo was not allowed in our Ops Center. Words like... 'well, we've always done it this way" were shot down immediately. If you want to achieve different... 👉 You Must Think Different 👉 You Must Do Different 👉 You Must Be Different So here’s the real question 👇 What everyday problems are we walking around carrying because “that’s just how it’s always been”? What ideas do you see hiding in plain sight? How much imagination are you willing to use to make life easier — for everyday people? Drop a thought, an idea, or a “why hasn’t someone done this yet?” moment below 👇

Systems thinking The Iceberg Theory
Systems thinking The Iceberg Model Learn about the theory and practice of systems thinking. The Iceberg Model Systems thinking is a way of approaching problems that asks how various elements within a system — which could be an ecosystem, an organization, or something more dispersed such as a supply chain — influence one another. Rather than reacting to individual problems that arise, a systems thinker will ask about relationships to other activities within the system, look for patterns over time, and seek root causes. One systems thinking model that is helpful for understanding global issues is the iceberg model. We know that an iceberg has only 10 percent of its total mass above the water while 90 percent is underwater. But that 90 percent is what the ocean currents act on, and what creates the iceberg’s behavior at its tip. Global issues can be viewed in this same way. Levels of Thinking 1. The Event Level The event level is the level at which we typically perceive the world—for instance, waking up one morning to find we have caught a cold. While problems observed at the event level can often be addressed with a simple readjustment, the iceberg model pushes us not to assume that every issue can be solved by simply treating the symptom or adjusting at the event level. 2. The Pattern Level If we look just below the event level, we often notice patterns. Similar events have been taking place over time — we may have been catching more colds when we haven’t been resting enough. Observing patterns allows us to forecast and forestall events. 3. The Structure Level Below the pattern level lies the structure level. When we ask, “What is causing the pattern we are observing?” The answer is usually some kind of structure. Increased stress at work due to the new promotion policy, the habit of eating poorly when under stress, or the inconvenient location of healthy food sources could all be structures at play in our catching a cold. According to Professor John Gerber, structures can include the following:
