Dear community! We're thrilled to celebrate reaching 300 members in our Inner Development at Work community! It's incredible to connect with all of you passionate individuals from around the world who are committed to bring inner development to work. Our plans for the next few months: - 🧠 'What are the IDGs' series with @Denise Pang and @Nadene Canning : A discovery of the Inner Development Goals framework, to explore how they can support you daily, with the help of @Barbara Holzner IDG Roulette cards. See calendar for dates. - 🎲 IDG Game Showcase: In a monthly workshop we'll feature the creatives behind different innovative IDG-related games that you can use to help organizations develop crucial skills for sustainable change. - 🤝 Community Co-Creation: Our goal is to create a real community - not just a network, but a space where we actively create, learn, grow and co-create together. And we have some ideas for a co-created event. You'll have to come to the next connection call on March 6th (see calendar) to find out more ;-) Why Community Matters: Inspired by U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy and his concept of the "Triad of Fulfillment" (relationships, service, and purpose), we believe community is essential for well-being. In December in the northern hemisphere it gets dark very early. Many people that I know struggle with the lack of light, it affects their moral. While every season has it's energy, I like to see December as a season of lights. Night falls early and candles provide a warm hue to our living spaces. For an extra boost of light, I was totally enthralled with a 30 minute performance that is immersive, creative and literally let my spirits soar 🌠 Looking forward to winter solstice on December 21st. Creativity is a resource #appreciation #mobilization #presence 😄Do let me know if it has the same effect on you.... even if you only have these short segments.
