Welcome Our First Female Dragon Warrior Sara Smith
Sara has amazed me as a woman of strength and integrity. Despite hardships in her life that would have knocked many other people down, she kept fighting and never gave up. I'm honored to be a witness of her journey. Again, welcome to Path of the Dragon. I'm so glad to have you here Sara!

How to Juggle -- A Video Guide on Motor Learning
Hello, Path of the Dragon members! @Bill Hazelton @Mike Pirie @George Alexandrou @Asha Hope @Anthony N @Fedor Favorsky @Braden S. Watt @Sara Smith @Salim Albitar@Sulav Subedi @Jeremiah Hance @Laura Sura How many of you can juggle? Have you ever tried? I made a video tutorial to teach you how to juggle and learn it fast! Juggling is a fun way to stay active during the day. It burns calories, boosts blood flow, and it’s a cool skill to impress your friends. I’ve boiled the learning process down into 3 simple steps. Follow them, and you’ll pick it up quickly. But before the steps, let me share a key learning principle: **chunking**. In neuroscience, chunking means your brain condenses information into smaller units, making it easier and faster to recall. At first, tossing even one ball can feel awkward because the movement is unfamiliar. Your eyes track the ball, your brain predicts where it’ll land, and your muscles move to catch it. Early on, this feels slow and uncoordinated. But with practice, your brain groups these actions into a single unit—suddenly, juggling feels effortless. Here’s how we use chunking to learn juggling fast: Step 1 Practice tossing one ball up and down. Keep it simple so you don’t overload your brain. Repeat until it feels natural. Step 2 Hold two balls in one hand. Toss one up. As it comes down, toss the second ball and catch the first. You’ll drop balls at first—totally normal. Trust the process. Step 3 Now toss the ball across to the opposite hand. It’ll feel awkward at first, but that’s just your brain adapting. Keep practicing.

@Mark X you're reading my mind. I've already started overcomplicating
Welcome Skool OG, the legendary Fedor Favorsky
And he's the first member in our community from the Asian continent! I'm from China but I'm residing in the US. Fedor your cinematic profile pic has an air of mystique. What sports do you play daily? I remember your comment in a post that you like complex harmonies in music! Well, another pleasant surprise, besides cooking alternative healthy desserts, members of this community also have a variety of experiences with music! For example, @Bill Hazelton plays drums, and @Mike Pirie once hosted an online musical event for 300-400 people in an MMO community during COVID. What do you like to put in your porridge? In China we like to put fermented duck eggs with black skin and orange oily egg yolks. It's salty and with a special taste. How did you discover Path of the Dragon and what made you join? I'm so glad you are here! Again, welcome, Fedor!

Hi @Mark X, hello everyone! I'm glad to be here! I like doing a bit of stretching, breathing exercises, and pull-ups. Also, I like doing short tabatas. Can't say I'm doing all these every day, but I'm on it. I like adding berries, honey and hemp seeds to my porridge. If it's buckwheat, which is popular mainly in Russia, I add canned beef. I clicked on one of your comments, saw your bio, then saw a video, realized that it's only 13 members in the group and this group already has some crazy potential, so I joined in. The idea of personal engagement in lieu of unmotivated assistants or, perish the thought, AI, deeply resonated with me. So, let's do sports and cook some cool cakes together!
Nothing beats a Chocolate Cake
Unless it's made with healthy ingredients, with more protein and fewer calories. It's easy to make and TASTY! And funny story before I show you the recipe. I showed my purple sweet potato taro cake video to a friend of mine on TikTok and he said he only cares for chocolate cake. I thought. What a wonderful idea. And here it is. My recipe: Blueberry Chocolate Protein Cake in 3 Steps Step one: - Mix and mash 1 banana, one egg, Greek yogurt, one and a half spoon of cocoa powder (16g), one spoon of baking powder (6g), one spoon of protein powder, one spoon of almond flour - Pour half into the container, one layer of banana, dark chocolate pieces, blueberries - Pour the rest of the initial mix Step two: - Air fry 340F for 40 minutes Step three: - Spread a layer of yogurt, some nuts and blueberries on the surface - Pour on melted chocolate sauce made from milk, dark chocolate and gelatin Nutrition Stats 650 Calories per cake (I cut it into 6 triangles, and can only eat 2-3 max because it's very filling) 45g of protein 22g of fat 78g of carbs
